Here at CrossFit Pen Y Bont we are different to your normal 'Globo Gym'. We dont have typical machines. What we promote is the use of functional movements which will improve every day life. We have a selection of equipment such as barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells and a pull-up rig, and with the right programming and coaching, results are almost guaranteed if you give it a go.
Our coaches are passionate and have first hand experience of the effects that CrossFit can have on your fitness and your life. Any questions you have about CrossFit can and will be answered and there will always be someone here willing to help.
